• The Challenge

    Challenger Breadware, a premium brand in the artisan baking space, needed a design refresh that reflected the craftsmanship of their products. While their breadware was beloved by home bakers and professionals alike, their digital presence and supporting materials lacked the consistency and storytelling needed to match the brand’s reputation. They wanted their website, Amazon storefront, social media, and printed materials to feel cohesive and inspire both loyal customers and new bakers.

    The Approach

    To elevate Challenger Breadware’s visual identity, I worked across multiple touchpoints, creating a unified design language that could live both online and offline:

    • Website Design: Redesigned the website to feel modern, clean, and more immersive, with updated layouts, new photography, and an improved user journey that highlighted product benefits and storytelling.

    • Amazon Storefront: Built out a branded Amazon storefront with cohesive graphics, lifestyle imagery, and product detail treatments to reflect the premium quality of the products and strengthen e-commerce presence.

    • Photoshoots & Video Shoots: Assisted in styling and creative direction for shoots, ensuring a balance of lifestyle imagery (baking moments at home) and polished product photography. Video assets were captured to showcase product use in an approachable yet elevated way.

    • Social Media: Developed social templates, graphic treatments, and styled content to bring consistency and inspiration to Challenger’s social channels, highlighting recipes, baking stories, and product features.

    • Print Collateral: Designed brochures, print ads, and other marketing materials that tied seamlessly into the digital aesthetic, ensuring the brand identity was strong and recognizable across every platform.

    The Outcome

    The refreshed creative direction gave Challenger Breadware a more polished and aspirational look while still staying true to its artisan roots. The website became a more intuitive hub for customers, the Amazon storefront drove stronger brand visibility in e-commerce, and the new photo/video assets elevated the storytelling. Social media and print collateral tied everything together, giving Challenger a consistent and inspiring brand experience across all channels.

I refreshed Challenger’s website with a modernized design approach, introducing a refined color palette, updated photography, and a cleaner visual system. The goal was to give the brand a fresh, contemporary presence while creating a more engaging and user-friendly experience.
